Can a Random Number Generator Predict The Future?

An oddity of an article on http://www.rednova.com Basically the theory is that there is some sort of collective, global-consciousness than can be tapped into. This affects a load of random number generators by making them tend to throw more 'heads' than 'tails' when global events such as the Asian Tsunami and September 11th happen.
intriguing stuff. I tend to believe there might be some truth in something like this more than entertaining the idea that there is a "God".

A thought provoking article in Wired magazine.
Basically this guy has come up with a theory and method that plays on understanding the way that expert knowledge is acquired and used in order to solve problems which cross two areas of expertise.
